RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Ever Becoming, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because we ship directly from our global partners to keep our prices low, we have specific guidelines regarding returns.
1. 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. DAMAGED, WRONG, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@everbecomingme.com.

Required: Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item received.

Resolution: We will work with our suppliers to send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
3. EXCHANGES AND CHANGE OF MIND
Because our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or size exchanges. We encourage you to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
In cases where a return is authorized for reasons other than damage, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or approved your photo evidence). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
