Slow North

Slow North is an Austin, Texas-based brand founded by Michelle Simmons with the belief that a happy, healthy home starts with the ingredients we welcome into it. Born from a desire to create a "sanctuary in the everyday," the company specializes in hand-poured soy candles and aromatherapy staples crafted with 100% essential oils. Each product—from their signature botanical candles to their therapeutic neck wraps—is a seasoned reflection of their commitment to "slow living," designed to help you reclaim your space and your peace of mind.

Heart of the Work

The soul of Slow North is rooted in environmental restoration and community education. As a part of their commitment to the planet, they have planted over 4,500 trees to offset their environmental footprint. Beyond their physical products, they foster a culture of "becoming" by hosting DIY candle-making workshops in their Austin studio, empowering others to embrace the art of natural living. Their mission acts as a natural extension of their values, ensuring that every step of their growth honors the harmony between a healthy home and a healthy earth.
